Georgine Madden and Lynae Steinhagen are the managing partners of Madd-Steiny Productions.  Together, they have more than forty years experience spanning a variety of disciplines including organizational development, strategic human resource management, training and development, sales management, and project management.  As trainers and consultants, they have served thousands of individuals, Fortune 100 companies and leading nonprofits to be their best.

Georgine and Lynae believe that organizations move toward what they study.  They focus on what is positive about an organization, such as individual/team/organizational strengths, and legacy/history.  Then, they focus on future opportunities and desired achievements by discovering what currently works well and determining what factors must be in place to achieve continued positive outcomes.

Lynae Steinhagen

Lynae’s 25 years of corporate and consulting experience spans a variety of disciplines including strategic human resource management training and development, sales management, and project management.

Her communication and presentation styles are defined by her passionate spirit and energy.  She is able to create an environment where teams and individuals learn, brainstorm and discover practical solutions in creative ways, while having fun in the process.  She quickly builds trust with audiences through her information, candid and inquisitive approach.  When clients work with Lynae, they seek and find new possibilities.

Lynae is a graduate of the Leadership Institute of St. Catherine University and has studied Human resource management at St. Mary’s University.  She is a member of the Minneapolis Regional Chamber of Commerce (MRCC), eWomenNetwork and the Minnesota Organizational Development Network.

A native of Southern California, Lynae resides in Minneapolis with her husband, Jim.

Georgine Madden

Georgine’s 20 years of consulting experience includes many areas of expertise: leadership development, team-building, change management, succession planning, strategic planning, performance management and coaching.

Georgine is a graduate of St. Cloud University with a Bachelor of Science in Communicative Disorders and has a Certificate of Advanced Leadership Studies from the College of St. Catherine.  She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD), eWomen Network, and the Assocation of Health Care Educators of Minnesota.

She currently resides in Eagan with her family.
